Situated at Burraneer in Sydney’s Port Hacking, a young family of four were looking for a kitchen manufacturer to bring to life their aspirations of an ultra-modern family kitchen. It was not going to be an easy task for whom ever they choose – the client’s had a strong desire to create something special, something that matched the ambitiousness of the rest of their home, which at the time had been several years in the making.
Unsure of which direction to take, the clients appointed Dan Kitchens to design a kitchen worthy of their home. Never shy to look outside the box, Dan Kitchens designer Arthur Baskin recommended concrete walls be removed and modified to create a far larger combined kitchen and informal dining space. By using natural stone and adapting the kitchen to the geometric architecture of the build, the team at Dan Kitchens created a kitchen that harmonised with the home.
For over 40 years, the Dan Kitchens luxury kitchen showroom has brought Scandinavia’s best designs to life. Sydney’s most refined custom kitchens and sophisticated joinery are custom made in the adjoining production complex.
