Dan Kitchens Australia helps transform this unassuming workers cottage into a modern masterpiece.
VIEW CUSTOM JOINERY PROJECTThe living area within the expansive open plan kitchen/dining/living space. The tv unit and fireplace were built into the wall. The jarrah cabinetry to the right acts as both storage and a barrier to the stairwell.
Inside one of the home offices. Jarrah timber joinery contrasts well against the off-white polyurthane doors.
The lounge room contains low storage cabinetry with a section doubling as a day bed.
Custom chest of drawers.
The bathrooms contain custom vanities produced by Dan Kitchens Australia.
Another bathroom with matching vanity.
The barbeque area is completely weatherproof thanks to all stainless steel components.
The kitchen and other elements were positioned so as not to obstruct the view of the Parramatta river beyond.
The kitchen area seamlessly flows into the dining area thanks in part to a island waterfall end that follows the progression of steps.
Their are no seams or joins on the island benchtop due to the use of Corian.
Inside the kitchen. The cooking side consists of a Gaggenau cooktop on a stainless steel benchtop with Gaggenau ovens and warming drawer below. An integrated rangehood is discreetly positioned above.
Leading into one of the home offices.
The house is well designed to take full advantage of the river views of Tennyson Point.
